Cobalt Health Care & Rehabilitation Center is proud to offer a dedicated, in-house team of licensed therapy professionals, including physical, speech, and occupational therapists. Our team works collaboratively to develop individualized care plans that support each resident’s unique goals, abilities, and recovery journey.
We recognize that in today’s healthcare environment, insurance coverage can sometimes influence the amount and type of therapy services provided. By maintaining our therapy department in-house, we are able to focus first on clinical judgment and resident outcomes, ensuring care decisions are guided by what is most appropriate for each individual.
Unlike facilities that outsource therapy services, our integrated team works closely with nursing and care staff to provide coordinated, consistent support designed to help residents achieve the best possible results.
